Michael and Son missed 4 of 7 appointments that needed to be rescheduled. I would say they are as bad as the cable company. But, that would be disparaging to the cable company. If you can tolerate the lack of proactive communications, missed appointments, and customer service reps, you need to explain the situation on every phone call; they are OK to work on your plumbing.[more …]
