Intermediate goals are good. I finished the Governor’s Cup Marathon in Helena, Montana. I planned to finish 5 miles in 1 hour, 10 miles in 2 hours, 15 miles in 3 hours, and 20 miles in 4 hours. That would give me 2 hours to complete a 10 km. [more …]
