Last fall, I wrote a blog posting about how Trevor Bauer’s suspension impacted the Dodger’s post-season chances. I may have insinuated the subject woman may have taken one for the team, being from the San Diego area.
I mentioned the subject again in my posting on sexual preference. In that, Bauer and the woman had two encounters.
Earlier this month, Bauer was suspended through the end of the 2023 baseball season. By that time, he may be past his prime. The punishment may be justified.
Bauer is taking legal action against the woman. As part of the discovery, their relationship goes back to 2013 when Bauer played with the Reds’ Columbus, Ohio, farm team.
This information makes the woman’s motivation less suspect. I wonder what moved her to the left coast. Though with Bauer, a California native, the relationship may have started there.
I hope their lives will be more peaceful.
